Each Gold Maple Leaf from the Royal Canadian Mint holds one troy ounce of .9999 fine gold, measures 30 millimeters across and carries a face value of C$50. This listing does not specify the year, so some details vary from coin to coin. The obverse portrait is Queen Elizabeth II on coins through 2023 and King Charles III from 2024. Coins from 2013 onward add a tiny laser-engraved maple leaf on the reverse with the year inside, and radial lines were added to both sides in 2015. The coin was .999 fine from 1979 until 1982.
