A hundred grams of .9999 fine gold, 3.215 troy ounces, from a refiner on the London Bullion Market Association's accredited list. The brand is whichever accredited refiner is in stock when you buy, so the stamping and the shape of the bar differ from one to the next; the gold does not.
Each bar comes sealed in its refiner's assay card with the weight, purity, and serial number. A hundred grams is just over three ounces, the size between the 50 gram and 250 gram bars, and it is still small enough to close a hand around.
